• Study Overview. This study involves multiple and repeated analyses of COSF data and other data that states are collecting. These analyses examine the patterns in each of the state datasets to explore whether the observed patterns are consistent with the patterns expected if the COSF data were of high quality.
• Sample. At least 12 state early intervention agencies and 12 state early childhood special education agencies are being recruited to share their statewide COSF data and other data to analyze as part of this study. States may share either the de-identified data to analyze or the results from a series of analyses instead.
• Status. Data collection is underway to access statewide data from each participating state. Preliminary analyses have been conducted and will be expanded as more state data becomes available.
